Conditions for using the Intel Service website and engaging our application audit work.
Acceptance
By accessing intel-service.digital or engaging Intel Service for an application audit of budget planning applications, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission work.
Services described
Pages describing audits, fees, and engagement steps are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written fee note or engagement letter that states scope, timeline, and price.
Intellectual property
Site text, layout, and branding belong to Intel Service. Findings memos and briefing materials produced for a client belong to that client for internal use related to the reviewed packet. You may not republish our site content without permission.
Client materials
You represent that you have authority to share draft budget planning applications and related schedules with us for review. You remain responsible for the accuracy of figures you supply and for final submission decisions.
No guarantee of approval
An application audit identifies weaknesses in packet materials. It does not guarantee clearance by any panel, headquarters, or funding body.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of South Korea, Intel Service is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website or from decisions made after receiving a findings memo. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Website accuracy
We aim to keep site information current but may update fees, descriptions, and processes without prior notice. If site text conflicts with an engagement letter, the engagement letter controls.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Seoul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from engagements originating from this site, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
