How Intel Service collects, uses, and retains personal data when you contact us or use this site.

Data controller

Data we collect

  • Contact form fields: name, email, selected audit type, fiscal cycle notes, and message content
  • Email and phone correspondence you initiate
  • Basic technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted
  • Engagement files you send (budget planning application drafts and related schedules), which may contain personal data of your staff if included in those documents

Purposes

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, prepare fee notes, perform contracted application audits, issue invoices, improve site usability (when analytics are allowed), and meet legal record-keeping duties.

We process inquiry data to take steps at your request before a contract, perform contracted work, pursue legitimate interests in operating a professional practice, and comply with applicable law.

Retention

Inquiry messages without an engagement are typically retained up to 24 months. Engagement correspondence and working papers are retained for up to seven years unless a longer period is required for legal disputes or statutory duties. Analytics data, when collected, is retained according to the tool’s configured period, ordinarily not more than 26 months.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with email or hosting providers who process it on our instructions, with professional advisers when required, or with authorities when law requires disclosure.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside South Korea, we seek appropriate safeguards such as contractual clauses and provider assurances consistent with applicable Korean privacy requirements.

Your rights

Subject to Korean privacy law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. To exercise rights, email hello@intel-service.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) in South Korea.
