About Intel Service

Why we exist

Budget planning applications decide how money moves for a year. Yet many packets leave a controller’s desk with orphaned cost codes, thin justifications, or annexes that do not match the summary table. Intel Service was formed to give those packets an independent reading before a panel or headquarters sees them.

Origin

The practice began after repeated late-night reviews for affiliate organizations around Jung-gu — evenings when rain on the glass seemed to match the pace of red-pen corrections. Clients asked for the same careful reading as a standing engagement. We kept the work focused: application materials for budget planning, not general management consulting.

How we work

We treat every packet as a document with readers. Those readers may be bilingual, pressed for time, and skeptical of unexplained jumps. Our notes stay specific: page references, line codes, and suggested clarifications. We do not sell optimism; we sell fewer avoidable objections.

People

Reviews are led by practitioners with experience in organizational finance offices and grant-style submission cycles in South Korea. When a packet spans Korean and English annexes, we check that figures and terms agree across both versions.

Community

We work with nonprofits, educational units, corporate departments, and other bodies that must justify planned spending in writing. The office remains in Jung-gu so walkthroughs can happen when a packet needs a shared table rather than another email thread.
